Private beta service
KPIAds is an evaluation-stage B2B reporting service. Features, limits, prices, integrations, and data models may change as the product is validated. Material changes affecting paid use will be shown before they take effect.
The final contracting entity, registered address, governing law, dispute forum, tax treatment, and commercial service-level commitments must be confirmed before public commercial launch.
Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and use individual user access where the plan permits. The organization owner is responsible for membership, connected projects, billing, and actions taken through authorized users.
You must have authority to connect every store, advertising account, property, and campaign assigned to a project.
Connected services
KPIAds relies on Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other providers selected by the user. Their availability, API behavior, attribution models, permissions, and terms remain outside KPIAds control.
KPIAds may pause a connector that is unauthorized, unsafe, rate-limited, incompatible, or producing unreliable data. Integration availability shown on the public site is part of the current beta status, not a guarantee of permanent third-party access.
Plans, limits, and billing
Plans apply to an organization and impose limits on projects, web connections, Ads accounts, advertising properties, users, and retention. KPIAds is not priced by GMV and does not add a separate KPIAds fee for every connector installation.
Free access requires no payment method. Paid checkout, renewal, cancellation, taxes, refunds, and price changes will be presented through the billing flow. Beta catalog prices and limits remain subject to validation before broad commercial availability.
Acceptable use
You may not use KPIAds to access data without permission, bypass plan or security controls, probe other tenants, upload malicious content, overload the service, resell access without authorization, or violate applicable law or third-party terms.
Do not place special-category personal data, payment credentials, passwords, customer lists, or raw order exports into names, support requests, or configuration fields.
Your data and reporting decisions
You retain rights in the data you authorize KPIAds to process. You grant the limited permission needed to host, transform, aggregate, and display it for the service.
KPIAds reports are operational decision support, not accounting, tax, legal, or guaranteed attribution advice. Store ROAS and provider-attributed ROAS have different meanings. Users remain responsible for verifying coverage, currency, definitions, and source records before acting on a report.
Availability and beta warranties
KPIAds is provided on a beta, as-available basis. The service may contain defects, incomplete data, or interruptions. KPIAds will take reasonable steps to protect data and restore service, but no uptime or error-free warranty is made during private beta.
Suspension, termination, and contact
You may stop using KPIAds and request account deletion. KPIAds may suspend access for security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, material breach, or risk to another tenant or provider. Where practical, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.
